On Monday the keys were officially passed from our interim Lead Pastor, Keith Smith to our newest Lead Pastor, Curtis Gudrie!
We can celebrate a successful transition thanks to the hearts of so many helping hands under the guiding wings of our great God! Thank you to everyone who said your kind farewell wishes to Pastor Keith and Esther. We’re now gearing up for our first Sunday with Pastor Curtis!
As a final farewell to you GTC, Pastor Keith has shared these words:
“Thank you Church family for the kind and meaningful comments, gifts and notes you blessed Esther and I with on our Farewell Sunday with you. The last 10 months with you are already a treasured highlight of our pastoral years. The devoted staff and deacons have become precious to us. Our young adults we’ve helped serve are in our hearts as we leave. Most of all your receptivity to, and appreciation for, the teachings from the Scriptures has made it such a privilege to serve you. And we are genuinely excited about your next chapter with Pastor Curtis and Jenn. May each of you step up and be part of it. Love to you and ‘see you again.'”
